Blinding Satan

Whenever Satan is given an opening through personal sin or woundedness, he spreads his influence into many aspects of one's life. His powers block God's graces and do not allow a person to turn to God, to repent, or to be freed. Blinding Satan means that he loses this power, that God's graces can be effective, and the person can respond. For example, an active alcoholic is caught up in an addiction. Alcohol has power over him. By becoming a recovering alcoholic, he is free to fulfill his obligations. Alcohol no longer has the same power over him. When Satan is blinded, souls are free to respond to God's grace.

Hail Mary

The Hail Mary With the Blessed Mother's Petition

Elizabeth Kindelmann said:

"I am going to record what the Blessed Virgin told me in [October of] this year, 1962. I kept it inside for a long time without daring to write it down. It is a petition of the Blessed Virgin: 'When you say the pray that honors me, the Hail Mary, include this petition in the following manner:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art though among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
Spread the effect of grace of thy Flame of Love over all of humanity
Now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

The bishop asked Elizabeth: "Why should the very old Hail Mary be recited differently?"

"On February 2, 1982, Our Lord explained, 'Because of the Holy Virgin's efficacious please, the Most Blessed Trinity granted the outpouring of the Flame of Love. For her sake, you must place this prayer in the Hail Mary so that, by its effect, humanity is converted.'

Our Lady also said, 'I want to awaken humanity by this petition. This is not a new formula but a constant supplication. If at any moment, someone prays three Hail Mary's in my honor, while referring to the Flame of Love, they will free a soul from purgatory. During November, one Hail Mary will free ten souls.'"

On August 31, 1963, I stayed after the evening Mass, and the sister sacristan locked the Church, not knowing I was still inside. As I interceded for the souls in purgatory, Our Lady spoke, "I value your longing for the souls in purgatory. Until now, you had to say three Hail Mary's to free one soul. In the future, three Hail Mary's will free ten souls from that place of suffering."

Confession

Go to Confession Regularly

"My little one, when a father buys a new suit for his son, he makes him give thanks and he teaches him to take good care of the suit because he sacrificed much to buy it. In Baptism, My heavenly Father gave all of you the most beautiful robe of sanctifying grace. In spite of this, you do not take care of it. Is there any father who has suffered more than I so that this robe of sanctifying grace can regain its whiteness? I instituted the Sacrament of Penance, yet you make no use of it" . . . "When I enter your heart, make sure that the robe of your soul is free from any stain or tear, because no father has made greater sacrifices to acquire a suit for his child." . . . "If they used the Sacrament of Penance to polish these treasures, they would shine again with the light of My graces." (Jesus, May, 1962)

Mass

Attend Mass, Including Daily Mass

"If you attend Holy Mass while under no obligation to do so and you are in a state of grace before God, during that time, I will pour out the Flame of Love of my heart and blind Satan. My graces will flow abundantly to the souls for whom you offer the Holy Mass. . . Participation in the Holy Mass is what helps the most to blind Satan." (Mary, November 22, 1962)

Night Vigils

"These night vigils will save the souls of the dying and must be organized in every parish so someone is praying every moment. This is the instrument I place in your hands. Use it to blind Satan and to save the souls of the dying from eternal condemnation." (Mary, July 9, 1965)

Blessed Sacrament

Visit the Blessed Sacrament

"My little one, you are the first one showered by the effect of my Flame of Love full of grace, and in union with you, I am extending it to all the souls. Whenever someone does adoration in a spirit of atonement or visits the Blessed Sacrament, as long as it lasts, Satan loses his dominion on the parish souls. Blinded, he ceases to reign on souls." (Mary, November 6-7, 1962)

Chores

Offer Up Your Daily Chores

"Throughout the day," said Our Lady, "you should offer me your daily chores for the glory of God. Such offering, made in a state of grace, also contribute to blinding Satan. Live in accordance with my graces so that satan will be blinded even more and in an increasingly large range of action. Take advantage of the abundant graces to make a multitude of souls live a holier life." (Mary, November 30, 1962)
